-These are made to order. Engraved Plug Boxes take 2-6 weeks to make sometimes even up to 6 weeks. If there are any delays, you will be notified. This does not include shipping time. We will do our best to keep you notified of any hang ups in the production process.

-As these are hand made there might be mild blemishes including, but not limited to scratches, burn marks, or slightly off centered images. We quality control every box before they ship to minimize this. If you would like us to re-inspect your box, please email detailed pictures to Support@plugyourholes.com.

-Once your order goes into production, no alterations, changes or cancelations can be made. 

-No refunds, returns or exchanges will be allowed on this product unless there is an error on our part.
