-These plugs are sold in pairs. If you want 1 pair, please have quantity of 1 in your cart at checkout. 

-These plugs are made to order. Engraved Plugs take 1-2 weeks to make sometimes even up to 6 weeks. If there are any delays, you will be notified. This does not include shipping time. We will do our best to keep you notified of any hang ups in the production process.

-As these are hand made there might be mild blemishes including, but not limited to scratches, burn marks, or slightly off centered images. We quality control every pair before they ship to minimize this. If you would like us to re-inspect your plugs, please email detailed pictures to Support@plugyourholes.com

-Once your order goes into production, no alterations, changes or cancelations can be made. 

-No refunds, returns or exchanges will be allowed on this product unless there is an error on our part.
